Isopure Ordering

Thank you for ordering at Isopure! You will receive an order confirmation email once the package has been dispatched. This will usually be sent the same day as you order. It is possible that the confirmation ends up in the spam box of your email. Therefore, always check your unwanted inbox or spam.

In most cases, there is a 30 - 60 minute time frame we can cancel your complete order and refund your money (please keep in mind that refunds can take 3-8 business days to be received back in your account).

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes despite careful stock management. If so, you’ll receive an e-mail from our team stating that the product was found to be out of stock. You will receive a refund for any out of stock items that will come back to the card that we have on file for that order.
